Return Policy



OVIS Allows returns for items purchased within 60 days. It is necessary to obtain a “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) number if you would like to return your purchase from OVIS. No returns will be accepted or credit given, without a valid RMA number. Please have your Web order number or invoice number ready, as we must have this information to issue a RMA number. When we receive the merchandise, we will inspect it to ensure all the components are enclosed and in its original condition.

If we receive the product in its original condition, your credit card will be credited for the amount of the product less the freight charges and handling charges. Please allow 1-2 weeks for return credits to be issued. We do reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for special order items, repackaging, missing parts or people who habitually order the wrong items. Typographical Errors
OVIS wants to make sure you get the right product. If we make a mistake with your order (and we make every attempt not to) we will correct our mistake as soon as possible. We will send a UPS call tag to pick up the product, and/or ship out the correct item, via the same method of shipment as your original order. If it is possible, we will ship the correction the same day! Unfortunately we cannot honor typographical errors in specifications or pricing. With thousands of products from many manufacturers it is possible to miss changes in product specifications. Therefore all specifications are subject to change without notice. If specifications have changed and you are not able to use the product you are more than welcome to return it.
